1. from where to where ? ( rough locations)
2. do you need manpower help? (self-moving do save money)
3. are both locations elevator accessible ? (staircase carry got to charge extra)
4. what are you moving ? dimension and weight of bulky heavy furnitures ? quantity of carton boxes? (unclear or unhonest descriptions cause wrong quotation, have to requote eventually)
5. any additional services ?( dismantling, assembling, plastic wrapping, carton boxes providing, official receipt needed, permission to go along with van..)
